The Lucky Star Ultra is a lightweight pure XC aluminium rim. It is characterised by its unrivalled stiffness/weight and strength/weight ratios, thanks in part to the use of Dynamal aluminium.

DUKE has created an innovative profile, following its own experience with a very strict specification.This rim inaugurates a new modern geometry with an asymmetric profile and hookless walls.The rim holes are off-centre (offset), which makes it possible to close the spoke umbrella more tightly. This rim is more stable and increases the lateral stiffness of the wheel.The spoke tensions between the two plies are more balanced, which guarantees a better durability of the wheel.The hookless rim walls allow for both rim reinforcement and weight reduction.
