Philippe Jacquinet is the CEO of JP Racing Bike 1. In creating the Duke brand, Philippe has realised his ambition: to custom build components specific to the requirements of the cyclist and their individual style, controlling at every stage of production the manufacturing and build quality. Mechanical engineer, Philippe is also an avid cyclist in all its shapes and forms: road, MTB X-Country or Marathon, nothing scares him. Philippe will advise you, by e-mail or by telephone in your choice of material and will propose the solution best adapted to your needs.

Julien

Responsable SAV et technicien

Passionate about high precision mechanics and a perfectionist too, Julien excels when he’s manipulating his spoke key and tensiometer. You just need to watch him work, to watch his deft fingers and the wheel build becomes reality: it’s not just a technique, it’s also an art. Julien when out on his bike is a sensation-seeker, particularly in the steep hills.
Julien rides a Sobre Cash MTB and a Giant cyclo-x bikes.

Willy

Technicien

Ex-pro rider in the French Team Vendée MTB team, Willy works as fast as he pedals, an excellent quality for JPRB1. He still competes, as an amateur, not just in MTB, but road racing too. Willy’s also our stock manager overseeing everything from the receiving to the stock retrieval of the components that are used in the building of your wheels.
Willy rides a KTM Scarp.

David

Technicien

David loves racing, anything from crits to XC marathons, David seconds Julien and Guillaume in their job. His racing experience makes him the expert in spoke lacing: he can build anything from an XC wheel that is the lightest wheel on the market to a track wheel for sprinters ready to support the type of punishment that powerful sprinters dish out. David rides Limaro (French brand) bikes.

Victor

Orders et Expertise

Victor’s our general handyman, he can do anything and everything from product handling and despatch to all web site. Victor can also advise you in your choice of product either by telephone or by e-mail.

Victor rides a Pivot MTB and a Sobre Versatile gravel bike.

Élise

Administratif et Comptabilité

Élise looks after the company admin and accounts (and she’s not short of work!) with her legendary smile and good humour. In her spare time, she oversees her son’s training, he too is a passionate cyclist. She looks after her future champion!

Elise’s bike, when she has a moment, is a Rengg (French brand).
