Based on the most stringent race-level specifications our products will enable you to go further and faster with style.

KNOW-HOW
(made in france)

Competence. Experience. Passion. The principal components of DUKE brand’s ADN. Initially imagined, then designed and developed in France, our products want, above all, to be the best because your complete satisfaction is our ambition. Our R & D department listens to what you want, whether you be a sportive, fun or pro rider. At the forefront of wheel and hub technology, we are continually researching new ways of improving and perfecting our range of products.

PERFORMANCE WHEELS

At DUKE, we do not compromise on the quality of our products. We only use the highest possible specification and most technically-advanced materials available. We take extra care in selecting our suppliers and partners. Every detail counts and we go to every length to provide you with exceptional and exclusive products, manufactured to our strict criteria.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

HANDBUILT WHEELS

When you buy a DUKE wheel it’s the guarantee that you are buying a wheel that is perfectly adapted to your needs. A wheel specifically-made to your requirements, and not a mass-produced standard factory wheel that does not necessarily “tick all your boxes.” Because at DUKE we hand build wheels to order, our technical advisers will establish your requirements, and based on those criteria will build the wheel that best satisfies your needs. Our workshop in the Vendée département in Northwest France enables us, like our wheels, to be reactive. And, should you want, we will custom your wheels to include customised decals, spoke and spoke nipple colours and even valve colours, everything is possible!

QUALITY
(french touch)

We attach the greatest importance to the quality of our products. Our objective is clear and unequivocal: your full and entire satisfaction. At DUKE, we guarantee you “French” quality products and service, precise wheel building and delivery times, at reasonable prices. All our products are designed “in-house”, this allows us to best control production and to reply to our own rigorous criteria and quality control standards.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We do our utmost, and go to every length, to provide you with the best possible service. Our Customer Service team is on hand to answer your questions and to provide you with the comprehensive personal service that you expect in respect to your DUKE wheels and accessories. Attentive in providing you a constant and reliable service, our technical advisers are on hand to assist you in the event of a problem with your equipment and this, as soon as practicably possible, (within a maximum of 10 days).

MANUFACTURING

It is with the utmost rigour that we have selected our manufacturing partners. Our Quality Control criteria are strict. We use only, highest quality carbon fibres and aeronautical quality aluminium.
We develop our own carbon rims, they are manufactured from our own proprietary moulds.
Our Duke MadMax hubs are entirely manufactured in France (except for the bearings). From the machining of aluminium blocks to the weaving of the carbon fibres, from the anodising to the laser etching, every process in the manufacture of our MadMax hubs is performed in the Northwest of France. COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN (CAD)

To offer you the most technically advanced products, we initially imagine, conceive and design all our products in our premises in the Vendée (Northwest France). Using the most advanced CAD technology, and industrial-grade-precision calculation tools to initially design the product prior to a prototype phase, that we further verify by a pre-production series for exhaustive testing. Testing is carried out by our own riders and sponsored athletes, subjecting the product to the constraints of real conditions including testing during racing. These trials enable us to make any adjustments to the product design to best reply to your expectations of reliable, technical material. MORE...

PRODUCT TESTING

It is of the utmost importance to us here at DUKE to design and develop the best possible products for you. To achieve this, we test all our wheels in France in a dedicated laboratory. Prototypes, pre-production models and series rims are fully tested and pushed to their absolute limits. Every wheel and hub model is rigorously tested using a series of methods to ensure that they comply with our exacting standards before being released for general sale. Resistance to heat and intense braking for carbon rims, resistance to impacts and to torsional forces are also integrated into the testing programme. We are NOT satisfied just to reach the minimum required standards, we want to go further, much further. MORE...
